By using this website or engaging Bokeh Film Company for services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services
Bokeh Film Company provides videography services including weddings, events, promotional films, and social content. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual client contracts, which take precedence over these general terms.

2. Booking & Payment
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. The retainer reserves your booking exclusively and is not transferable. Remaining balances are due as specified in your individual contract.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations forfeit the retainer. Rescheduling requests are accommodated when possible and subject to availability. If Bokeh Film Company is unable to fulfill a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

4. Deliverables & Timelines
Estimated turnaround times are provided at booking. Bokeh Film Company will communicate any delays promptly. Final files are delivered digitally via private link.

5. Copyright & Usage
Bokeh Film Company retains copyright of all footage and finished films. Clients receive a personal-use license. Bokeh Film Company reserves the right to use final films for portfolio and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is requested before the event date.

6. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes. Content may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
Bokeh Film Company's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (equipment failure, acts of nature, illness).
